We are also happy to open packages and allow customers to view and handle items before purchase to ensure that you choose the right product. Please DO NOT open packages on your own – we will open boxes and plastic clamshells for you at the desk! 

Once a product leaves the store, we have no control over what happens to it or how it operates, and so we cannot accept responsibility for purchased items. However, if your item worked at the register and stopped working after leaving the store, it may be considered "defective" by the original manufacturer, and so you may be eligible under their return/replacement policy. For this reason, it is very important to SAVE YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT and original packaging/paperwork according to the manufacturer's instructions, and contact the manufacturing company for assistance in replacing a defective item.
