Due to Federal and State health regulations we are unable to receive back ANY ITEMS into our store. Once an item leaves the store, it cannot come back in! This is to protect the health and safety of our customers and staff, so please be sure of your size/selection before you place your order. Even once the coronavirus danger has lessened, our return policy will be the same as it always has: we DO NOT ACCEPT TOYS or intimate items that have exited the store! Please DO NOT bring items back inside, even if they've only been to the parking lot and back! For our full return policy, please ask your friendly Jacki's desk clerk or view the printout at our register.
For vibrating toys and any items that have a power button, we will take the item out of the packaging and ensure it turns on and operates properly before it is purchased. Battery-operated toys purchased in-store get a FREE set of batteries to go home with you! We are also happy to open packages and allow customers to view and handle items before purchase to ensure that you choose the right product. Please DO NOT open packages on your own – we will open boxes and plastic clamshells for you at the desk!
Once a product leaves the store, we have no control over what happens to it or how it operates, and so we cannot accept responsibility for purchased items. However, if your item worked at the register and stopped working after leaving the store, it may be considered "defective" by the original manufacturer, and so you may be eligible under their return/replacement policy. For this reason, it is very important to SAVE YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT and original packaging/paperwork according to the manufacturer's instructions, and contact the manufacturing company for assistance in replacing a defective item.
