- All packages and or mailings are sent out discreetly and in plain wrapped boxes and envelopes.
- Your individual use of our site will be kept strictly private.
- All data, credit card information, etc is Securely Encrypted and secured to the highest standards. Our store has the highest level SSL security certificate to guard your purchase information.
- All of our credit card processing is handled by order-payments.com. Order-Payments is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.
We regret to inform you that due to the intimate nature of our products we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange, with the exception of shipping errors or defective merchandise; please ensure that you are ordering the correct item before finalizing your order. If you have any questions about any of our products you can contact our customer service department by using the Contact Us button at the top of the page. Do NOT contact our in person location. They will not be able to properly process your return.
Shipping errors or defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the Contact Us button at the top of the page) within 48 hours of receipt. In the case of motorized product, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list.
Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered we will issue you a refund. If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
